Sr MaterialsMgmt Analyst

"Executethe activities/analysis on supply planning, material purchasing, material andproduction planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functionswithin Honeywell IGS, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. Yousupport on resolving material related issues due to supply based problem,inventory errors or demand changes. You are the linkage for cross functions andstakeholders, such as planning and operations. You are responsible to maintainWork Instructions updated for ISC Intelligrated.

Support AOPand managed master material data management on site in collaboration withEngineering team. Maintains and audits critical Oracle master material dataincluding MOQ's, lead times, planner codes, inventory centers. Critical toutilize Oracle ASCP MRP planning to execute plan."

MasterMaterial Data Mgmt / Supports Inventory/Materials Planner in maintainingaccurate planning parameters
DateManagement future state execution. Teamto lead key MOS for planning team and document all standard work
Transformationalproject say/do milestones and Planning KPI's
SupplyPlanning support.
Ensuringand supporting materials plan becomes accurate and current
Ensurecompliance with Honeywell Operating System
Continuouslyimprove material management processes to drive better business results
Organizemeetings to monitor Metrics (MOS, Scorecards)
Create andupdate Work Instructions and Working procedures for the Supply Chain departmentas well as to provide the Training based on RASIC responsibilities

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering degree

At least 3-5 years educational experience in analytics interacting with Supply Chain areas, such as Supply Demand, Production Planning, Materials, Inventories, etc.

Experience and skills with visualization software (Tableau, SQL, Oracle) to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.

MRP/ERP experience

Preferably Oracle experience

Working knowledge: analyzing, mapping and collecting data from multiple on-premise data systems and cloud-based data sources.

WE VALUE

Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired

Some experience in project teams collaborating with multiple departments.

Some experience with modeling and development Supply Demand, Production Planning, Inventories and Materials Planning processes.

Driving metrics to improve/increase creation and change of cycle times

Tableau knowledge

Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

Working with multiple sites, countries and in a global organization
