Key responsibilities
- Work with IT Business Partners and other ERP Functions on idea estimations, planning, and project execution.
- Guarantee on-time project start and delivery through various tollgates, adhering to methodology and KPIs.
- Provide the right solutions to meet business objectives within agreed constraints, managing changes in scope, time, resources, and financials.
- Partner with business IT stakeholders and Corporate IT groups to manage expectations, escalations, and continuous improvement.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
Key skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of Program and Portfolio Management, experience in ERP, managing tollgates and Project Managers
- 5+ years of experience with Change Management and business transformation initiatives
- 7+ years with implementation of multiple and complex business process and systems change projects.
- Overviewknowledge of various ERP components and processes
- PMP or equivalent project management qualification would be considered an advantage
