Location: Warrington

The Role

As a key member of the Bilfinger UK Gas delivery Team you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most stimulating and ground breaking EPC and construction projects in the UK. This is an exciting sector which is key to ensuring that the UK achieves its goals in support of Net Zero. Professional development of our team is key to our success and if you join us, you will be given a Personal Development Plan, including training with a view to achieving the status of Accredited Project Manager with the Institution of Civil Engineers and further education along with the chance to gain exposure to all elements of the project lifecycle. You will:

Assist the Project Manager to;
  • Plan, organise, manage and close out projects
  • Assist reporting on project budget, time and safety performance
  • Monitor the project execution strategy and Project Execution Plan
  • Assist in development and regular updates of programme
  • Trial innovative technical solutions on live projects
  • Manage commercial change management
  • Act as Client focal contact, including on site attendance when required
  • Deliver internal BUK and external monitoring, reporting and forecasting data


Qualifications & Experience:

If you have the following profile, then we are looking forward to meeting you:

  • An interest in delivering multi-disciplinary projects in an EPCM / EPC company
  • Experience of working to demanding timescales
  • Knowledge of construction activities and how these integrate to ensure successful project delivery
  • Planning and organisation of project activities.
  • A desire to drive performance using data and relationships
  • An understanding of the importance of ensuring that safety is of paramount importance
  • Awareness of the environmental impacts of large projects, with a passion to ensure that we minimise these to the best of our ability
  • Commercial awareness
