You are a senior sales professional with extensive experience, particularly in consultative selling and engaging with customers across all organizational levels. You are adept at selling full-scope project solutions, especially automation solutions and industrial software. You have deep knowledge of the industrial market landscape in Finland and have a strong aptitude for business development, including cold canvassing and pipeline building. You are motivated by leveraging high-level industrial software as a business enabler, self-driven, open-minded, and recognize the importance of teamwork and bringing in the right experts when needed. You are passionately motivated to make an impact, always deliver outstanding work, and act with integrity.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive project sales of Emerson Control Systems, Software and Solutions to new and existing customers in Finland - including DeltaV and AspenTech solutions
- Approach customers with a consultative and value-based approach to understand customer expectations and business drivers and convert these into sales and business results.
- Work in the core of our Finnish sales strategy by building a strong pipeline within new markets and strategic industries
- Sales ownership from cold canvas, business development to successful contractual negotiations
- Contribute to a strong team spirit and encourage teamwork to succeed as a team
- Facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and benefit from an organization with extensive knowledge integral to your success
- As the Account Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day management of a particular customer's account to drive them success.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience/knowledge from Process and/or Industrial Automation
- Detailed sales expertise from cold canvas to successful contract negotiation
- Minimum five years of Sales experience or equivalent exposure to automation engineering
- Engineering Degree in Automation/Electrical or equivalent experience from the industry.
- Relevant Product/Application/Solution expertise.
- Proficient in Finnish &English written and oral.
