Roles and Responsibilities
Process payment requests and disbursements accurately and efficiently.
Provide high-quality customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries and issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve payment discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
Assist Supervisor with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Contribute ideas, insights, and recommendations based on experience and analysis.
