We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Sales Project Intern - Promotional Products & Premium Incentives Channel Lead Generation.
This role will support key project-based initiatives as it relates to growth strategies and lead generation for this channel. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing strategies, client management, market analysis, and lead generation within the Promotional Products and Premium Incentive industry.

This role will support key project-based initiatives as it relates to growth strategies and lead generation for this channel. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing strategies, client management, market analysis, and lead generation within the Promotional Products and Premium Incentive industry.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of lead generation strategies and campaigns contributing to $1M in incremental business.
- Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information to include close rate and ROI analysis. Measure results.

- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
- Work cross-functionally to align sales and marketing efforts with new customization project that is Launching Q2 of 2025 to ensure B2B opportunities are marketed, captured, & closed.
- Assist in the development and execution of lead generation strategies to include focus on Beverage & Gaming Industries as key growth verticals.
- Support the creation of promotional materials, presentation development, and content for meetings with clients.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss lead generation strategies and provide feedback on current practices.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
