Your role and responsibilities
We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. At the forefront is our Corporate Technology Center which provides industry leading software and deep domain expertise to help the world's most asset-intensive industries solve their biggest challenges. To strengthen our ABB Ability™ Manufacturing Operations Management team, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer, who is an effective team player with excellent communication skills. Manufacturing Operation Management portfolio encompass capabilities of process intelligence and manufacturing execution helping various plant stakeholder's effective decision-making and reliable lean production execution by fully integrated operations. You will be working in cross-functional team which operates in an international environment. Being part of this team means also being a part of the huge stream which operates using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Develop and deploy infrastructure automation solutions, focusing on Kubernetes environments. • Manage and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. • Tracks KPIs to measure the success of DevOps implementation and monitor on project level for necessary improvement. • Listen to and support teams in problem-identification and decision-making

Qualifications for the role
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps Engineer role, plus University degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with Linux systems preferably Red Hat
- Programming fundamentals and ability to use at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell, bash or sh
- Fluency in English
- Experience in using Git
