Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

This position will be responsible for service-related quotations for all Electrification Division Services (ELSE) and Distribution Solutions (ELDS) large projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, cost estimating, and setting quotation terms and conditions in-house, in response to requests from sales representatives. 　In addition to sales staff, you will also communicate with engineering members and customers. The average number of cases handled is about 6 per month. The average number of cases handled is about 6 per month, and you will be responsible for tendering projects, which account for about 80% of the annual order amount.

Qualifications for the role

• [Language] Japanese: Native, English: Business level (reading, writing, oral communication)
• [Experience/Skills]
• Low and medium voltage business experience
• Electrical field experience (3+ years) and estimating experience
• Switch gear business experience (preferred)
