This position reports to

Service Project Management Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process. You will also showcase your expertise by managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management shifts. Supports spare parts center manager by supervising project execution and performance with well-maintained schedule adhere to service business KPIs. Track and analyze project progress to ensure effective project execution and on-time delivery. Capture and analyze lessons learned during project execution for use in continual improvement. Gather data in support of resolving escalated customer / systemic project management issues. Track and analyze project process, methodology, and data compliance. Clarify the project open issues, evaluate the project risks and manage the project risks. Other duties commensurate with the evolving role

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above, Engineering background preferred.
• With minimum 2 years preferably in project process control and executing experience in an electrical product industry, working experiences on service project executing will be priority, overseas export project execution experience is preferred.
• Familiar with project management tools as SAP system, Business On Line, MS Office or similar knowledge and skills,
• Basic English listening and speaking skills, good at English reading and writing skills
• Demonstrated organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong logical thinking ability. Ability to handle a numerous projects and other tasks simultaneously.
