PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide FP&A and accounting support for various global Aftermarket facilities
2. Manage a team of analysts, tasked with supporting various regions/facilities
3. Partner with operations management to provide reporting, strategic support, and technical assistance with operational processes
4. Lead group's involvement in month-end close processes (journal entries, SOX/compliance requirements, etc.)
5. Presentation of monthly/quarterly performance results to operations and finance management groups
6. Review and analysis of monthly actuals vs plan, forecast, and trend
7. Partner with operations to develop annual plan and ongoing monthly forecast adjustments, by business line and region
8. Assist in periodic internal and external audits
9. Help to drive continuous improvement to develop more efficient and accurate reporting
10. Assist in special assignments as needed

Some travel may be required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
2. CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
3. 10+ years of accounting and/or financial planning and analysis experience
4. Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
6. High level of dedication to meeting customer requests and required time commitments
7. Proven track record of results and ability to partner with all levels within the organization
8. Working knowledge of US GAAP
9. Hyperion Financial Management and/or Oracle experience a plus
10. Keen interest in process improvement through automation (i.e. - Alteryx, power query)
