JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Through constant customer contact, maintain accurate monitoring of performance, activity, applications, and competition.
  • Independently identify potential opportunities for DH product lines
  • Technically supervise integrated multi-product solutions to clients.
  • Analyze tool performance data and prepare and present customer presentations, performance summaries and outstanding run reports.
  • Provide sales support and be able to represent Downhole at marketing functions
  • Attend client sales meetings and generate new Downhole opportunities
  • Establish delivery date and serve as a liaison between customer, engineering, and manufacturing to monitor the order process through relevant departments to assure the attainment of necessary delivery requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of and conform to pertinent company policies to maintain the integrity and consistency of the company's sales and distribution channel's structure.
  • Contribute to maintaining effective, collaborative relationships within the company and throughout the industry through timely and accurate communication of information critical to meeting commercial commitments and achieving company goals.
  • Acquire, maintain, and continue to develop and expand the base of personal knowledge of all product lines to assist the customer more effectively in an appropriate selection of product.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar degree plan
  • 5+ Years Relevant Oilfield Experience


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position may or may not require travel
  • Working hours to be identified by manager
  • Non-standard work hours, 24/7 contact/availability expectations for rig/operational support
  • Comply with Global and Local QHSE policies.
  • Behave in a professional and ethical manner in line with NOV corporate policies
