Asan Advanced Cybersecurity Integration Engineer specializing in Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role inthe design, implementation, and management of complex security systems andsolutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures.You will work within cross-functional teams on M&A projects, leveragingyour expertise in security integration, project execution, and technicalleadership to ensure successful integration and alignment of security measuresduring M&A transactions. Your work will contribute to the seamlessintegration of acquired businesses and the protection of critical assets andinformation.

You will report directly to our M&A Security Manager and work under Hybrid schedule: 3x on-site, 2x full remote.

In this role, you will impact the security posture of businesses worldwideduring M&A activities. You will ensure the seamless integration of securitycontrols across functions, enhancing the overall security posture of theorganization. Your work will directly impact the safety and integrity ofsystems that protect critical assets and information during M&Atransactions.

THE BUSINESS UNIT

The Corporate StrategicBusiness Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell is a division focused on corporate-levelfunctions and initiatives that support the overall operations and strategy ofthe company. It is responsible for overseeing areas such as finance, legal,human resources, communications, and corporate governance, working closely withother business units and SBGs to ensure alignment and coordination across theorganization. The CORP SBG plays a crucial role in the overall strategic directionand management of Honeywell's corporate functions and operations, supportingthe company's business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and implementation of various security systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure seamless integration of security measures during M&A transactions.
• Lead regular security and risk assessments and analyses for acquired businesses.
• Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during M&A activities.
• Contribute to comprehensive project plans, including timelines, execution and risk migration strategies, and milestones for M&A integration.
• Identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive manner during M&A transactions.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Due to this position being under Export control, only EU citizens can be eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as cybersecurity, computer science, or another related field.
• 3+ years of experience in security or IT integration and project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of various cybersecurity practices, such as penetration testing, attack surface identification, secure OT network design & implementation, vulnerability management, Incident response planning, and cloud security practices.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of key cybersecurity concepts and practices, including secure data transfers, advanced monitoring & incident response, and secure remote access.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact with a broad group of internal stakeholders and external partners, providing support to deliver project goals and ensuring effective communication within the team.
• Experience with supporting M&A project planning and execution with a global project team.
• Experience with Physical Security, Product Security, resilience, and Industrial Security.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, especially during M&A transactions.
• Willing to travel up to 20% in peak times
