We are currently seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to support the development of on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate customer requests and ensure accurate understanding of their needs
• Educate customers and field technicians on the proper use and maintenance of our products
• Write documentation used by field technicians, including work instructions and customer-facing training guides
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in field services and product development processes
• Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to quickly resolve any administrative difficulties related to delivery and installation of equipment

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interest in building a career within industrial automation and cyber security
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, systems engineering, automation, cybernetics, or industrial IT
• Holds a class B driving license for use in Norway
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Fluent in English with full professional proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
• Passion for engineering and a curiosity for understanding how things work
