Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: on site This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Support Implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as, projects, ideas, trainings and certifications through the plant 2. Support providing White Belt & Quality Wins Academy Training to Blue Collar Colaborators from multifunctional teams 3. Support the monitoring and compliance of the Continuous Im-provement procedure at plant level 4. Assist Quality Wins Audits periodically as required 5. Participate in 5S Audits, follow-up actions and meet ABB's re-quirements regarding 5S Standars for world-class level perfor-mance 6. Collaborate to optimize and digitalize Continuous Improvement Modules, Tools, Apps and Metrics (Ex. PowerApps, PowerBi Dashboards, etc.)

Qualifications for the role
- Active students from the last three semesters from careers like Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanic Administrator (Graduate on Dec 2025 or Dec 2026)
- Availability from Monday to Friday 7 am - 4:36 pm
- You are passionate to lean manufacturing metholodies
- Yellow Belt, Quality Standards, Six Sigma, Power BI Knowledge Preferred.
- Time management, Team Work, Listening, Results oriented, collaborative.
