This Position reports to:
Procurement and Logistic Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

Work model: onsite
  • Inquiring prices from suppliers
  • Administrating of master data for new parts
  • Creating of info records
  • Creating orders, planning deliveries, monitoring delivery dates
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Administrating shipments, making of inquiries and selection of the best carrier
  • Approving supplier invoices and freight invoices
  • Implementing of newly issued supplier price lists into SAP
  • Creating/changing info records


Qualifications for the Role

  • Education: Minimum secondary school, ideally with a technical focus
  • Experience: Previous experience in administration
  • Languages: Excellent Czech or Slovak; written English
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook; SAP is an advantage
  • Personality: Communicative, able to work both independently and as part of a team, proactive in making calls and handling tasks
