This position reports to
Procurement and Logistic Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. Temporary position for one year. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • notifying customers about prepared shipments • communicating with customers, dividing shipments into multiple shipments as needed • communicating with carriers and customs • making inquiries and selecting the best carrier • administrating shipments, preparing documents, handling customs procedures • sending urgent shipments by courier services • solving and approving invoices for shipments, customs services • solving partial issues and changes in shipments, and issues with carriers

Qualifications for the role
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- You have established skills in organizational and time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- You are passionate about establishing relationships within the company and with clients
