This Position reports to:
Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will hold an important position in the execution of service tasks carried out by the Robotics Service Engineers team in the Benelux. You coordinate and plan the delivery of necessary resources, spare parts, service engineers, and logistics for on-site service tasks. You ensure the process runs smoothly, from quotation to customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and service technicians via phone and email.
• Plan and coordinate service interventions in Salesforce, including logistics and progress monitoring.
• Prepare work instructions, safety plans (ISO, VCA), and manage technical/logistical aspects of ser-vice tasks.
• Handle administrative processes such as quotations, order registration (SAP), spare parts, and in-voicing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and identify opportunities for process and service improvements.

• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and commercial awareness.
• Able to prioritize, adapt quickly, and think creatively in dynamic, multi-role environments.
• Team player with high engagement, stress resilience, and a collaborative spirit.
• Interest in technology; a technical background is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Dutch and French; English is a valuable asset.
• Skilled in MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
