Account Manager - UOP
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our UOP organization.
You will Join the business team to molecular sieve business activities, and build relationships and understand
customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the
value proposition to the customers.
You will ensure the flow of information into R&D on technical market developments, product developments.
Key Responsibilities

2. Manage and Plan Accounts
3. Negotiate and Close
4. Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition
5. Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
6. Establish Rapport with Customers
YOU MUST HAVE
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in catalyst & adsorbent industry,
2. Understand catalyst & adsorbent technology and familiar with adsorbent application design especially on field
judgment.
3. Understand how to figure out customer molecular sieve issue in term of R&P, air separation and manufacturing
industries.
4. Sociable, communicative, reliable and team player.
5. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.

2. Familiar with adsorbent application design especially on field judgment.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
