The Site Administrator role involves supporting the Site Manager and the broader team in various administrative tasks. This includes managing travel and accommodation, compiling site costs and invoicing, generating PO numbers, and handling document management for our wind farms currently under construction.
This position is site-based, and you will be required to relocate or live in the area during your roster period. We offer two types of rosters: either DIDO or living locally.
All travel, transport, accommodation, and meal allowances are provided, along with a competitive salary.
Applicants must have full work rights to work in Australia to be eligible for work in both Australia.

Roster: 3:1 or 5:2

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management including raising & tracking all PO's for site based activities, timely payment of invoices, vendor interface, and all associated site registers & trackers
- Vehicles, Accommodation & Travel including booking & tracking of site vehicles, short & long term accommodation sourcing, and travel booking using internal system, and all associated site registers & trackers
- Inbound/Outbound Freight including spares and consumables ordering & tracking, goods receipting, and general freight management
- Meetings/Minutes including attending all requested meetings as scheduled, accurate capture of minutes and filing accordingly
- Expense Reconciliation including timely reporting of corporate credit cards and expense register
- HSE Facilitation including ordering of PPE and emergency equipment, training and room bookings
- Compliance with Vestas policies & procedures, HSE advice, and KPI requirements
- Adhoc and general administration duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing administrative support
- Certificate 3 in Business Administration preferred but not essential
- Advanced Excel and Word software skills
- SAP experience highly regarded
Competencies:
- Demonstrated experience in providing project administration to large scale projects
- Knowledge and working experience in SAP modules are highly desired
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask
- Experience in high-pressure situations
- Understanding of transport/logistics in the local market
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports
