HVAC & Plumbing Engineer for BUILDING Discipline

For the Building discipline, where Industrial Buildings are provided to recover Machineries or Packages
of the Oil & Gas and Petro-chemical Industry, we are looking for an Energy Engineer with at least 2-3Y
of experience and having the following skills in the designing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
(MEP) systems:

- Familiarity with documents (layout drawings and the functional diagrams - P&ID or PFD) of HVAC
systems to prepare and update them to ensure their compliance with the project specifications and
international standards.
- Ability to design and size of mechanical and hydraulic systems using application software and
project technical specifications.
- Capability to optimize the designing of mechanical and plumbing systems from a technical and
economic point of view.
- Capability to prepare and update Material and Work Requisitions according to project specifications
and requirements
- Ability to 3D modeling of HVAC systems: develop and manage the three-dimensional modeling of
HVAC systems in Revit (ducts, ductwork, equipment, etc.) according to project specifications.
- Ability to check the 3D models produced (Navisworks and Revit): perform a check on the 3D models
ensuring that all the system elements (HVAC) are correctly represented and modeled. Verify
interferences between HVAC systems and other disciplines: identify interferences between HVAC
systems and other design systems and disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, etc.).
- Capability to populate and update parameters within Revit models with the necessary information,
to ensure that the model complies with the project specifications.

The software competences (advance knowledge) required are the following:
- BIM and MEP: Revit
- 2D Drawing: AutoCAD
- 3D Drawing: Navisworks
- Oice: Microsoft Excel
- Calculation: Carrier HAP
