  • Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of oil and gas—from production to sale—ensuring accurate tracking for commercial optimisation.

  • Validate and process data to support accurate apportionment of ownership, revenue entitlement, and buyer sales quantities.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to inform day-to-day decisions related to hydrocarbon sales and revenue forecasting.

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data, system interfaces, and integrated reporting environments.

  • Deliver material balance reports for refinery and petrochemical operations in line with Hydrocarbon Management standards.

  • Liaise with production planning, marketing teams, and customers to confirm daily sales and production reports.

  • Prepare material balance and sales summary reports to support performance analysis and strategic planning.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and reporting, and support implementation initiatives.

Experience & Background

  • In-depth understanding of hydrocarbon products, unit operations, and process flows.

  • Familiarity with ASTM and API standards, cargo accounting, and hydrocarbon logistics.

  • Prior experience with SAP (preferably IS-Oil) and other integrated IT systems.

  • Exposure to international standards in hydrocarbon accounting and energy sector operations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
