Senior DevOps Engineer

Join an innovative team driving the evolution of our client’s Developer Platform, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery across a modern technology landscape. We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who can blend automation, infrastructure management, and developer enablement to support internal product teams in building world-class services.
Key Responsibilities

Automate the software delivery lifecycle of platform components through scripting and CI/CD pipelines.

Build and templatize CI/CD building blocks in alignment with SSDLC requirements and best practices.

Configure, manage, and support both cloud and on-prem infrastructure powering internal platform services.

Assist users in adopting platform services—both from greenfield projects and legacy service migrations.

Create and maintain high-quality user-facing documentation, including guides and code examples.

Collaborate with developer teams to integrate platform components into their delivery stacks.

Evangelize the Developer Platform across the organization to promote awareness and adoption.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive enhancements in platform governance and tooling.

Conduct PoCs and experiments to validate new platform technologies and components.

Resolve user issues efficiently, advocate for their needs, and work cross-functionally with platform/infrastructure teams to improve service.

Engage with external vendors to manage sourced component performance and integration.

Ensure consistent, secure, and performant delivery of platform components and services.

Define and evolve platform APIs in collaboration with platform users to meet growing needs.
Skills & Experience
Required:
-
Strong grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows (preferably using GitHub and GitHub Actions).

Proficient in scripting and automation using Go, Python, Terraform, or Shell.

Experience with artifact management tools (e.g., JFrog, Azure Container Registry).

Familiar with cloud infrastructure and system administration (Windows, Linux, networking).

Comfortable integrating with identity providers (Azure AD, OAuth, SAML, SCIM).

Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).

Familiarity with web development frameworks (ReactJS, Angular) and API documentation standards (OpenAPI/Swagger).
Desirable:
