- Prioritize quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection in all operations.

- Demonstrate effective leadership in health and safety arrangements for all team members and visitors.

- Manage all areas of finance, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and analysis.
- Develop and implement internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for financial activities.
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics.
- Review and improve financial reporting systems, ensuring robust internal controls.
- Provide guidance to other organizational units on accounting, budgeting, and efficient resource utilization.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.
- Assist the executive team in achieving revenue and cost objectives.
- Lead and develop the internal accounting staff within the Labs product line.
- Contribute to the financial strategy of the Labs product line.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager within the physical constraints of the job.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process for assigned regions or business units.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Skills:
- Knowledge of general financial accounting principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior experience handling mergers and acquisitions from a financial standpoint.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting, with demonstrated expertise.
- Prior experience in the Oil and Gas service sector is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with teams through shared service setup
- Statutory tax experience is preferred.
