This position reports to

HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: • Support for unionized staff, payroll inquiries, leave inquiries, absenteeism. • Filtering of hourly staff support. • Communication with supervisors regarding disciplinary issues, discussion topics, and action items. • Active communication with union representatives. • Processes for employee reprimands/suspensions/layoffs.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, communications, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Willingness to rotate shifts. (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 2:30 PM - 11:30 AM)
• Knowledge of the LFT (Labor Law).
• Experience with the TRESS/Revolution system.
• Experience managing absenteeism/turnover metrics.
• Experience indirectly leading teams.
• Experience working with transportation and cafeterias.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience working with hourly staff.
• Intermediate English level.
• Experience with Workday.
