Your role and responsibilities
You will be part of a 24-month rotational program designed to develop your skills in inside sales, marketing, leadership, and ABB product knowledge. The program includes 6 months in Poland, followed by 6 months at an ABB location abroad, and finishes with 12 months back in Poland. It offers a unique opportunity to gain international experience while building a strong foundation within ABB. You will complete the rotational program with Electrification Installation Products business group. Smart Buildings provide customers with installation and safety solutions created for ease of installation and maintenance, and that are also designed for sustainability and high-quality performance for continuous operation throughout their life span. You will participate in a June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. A program manager will be there to support you throughout your journey. You will be mainly accountable for: • Learning ABB's structure, Code of Conduct, procedures, and processes to build a solid foundation for operating effectively within a global organization. • Utilizing sales support tools such as SFDC, KONGA, and EASY Order in order to streamline workflows and contribute to efficient sales operations. • Developing knowledge of the local market by analyzing customer segments, channels, investors, system integrators, and design offices to support targeted sales strategies. • Enhancing product knowledge through training programs to confidently support customers and communicate ABB's value proposition. • Assisting with communication and marketing efforts to promote ABB's products and solutions and support brand visibility in the market. • Gaining exposure to the sales process including pricing, configurations, tendering, and negotiations in order to contribute to effective deal execution.

Qualifications for the role
- You are in your final year of a master's degree or have already completed a technical master's degree in Electrotechnics, Automation, Robotics, or Cybernetics, and have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
- You are immersed in the world of emerging technologies, keeping up with trends and developments that shape the landscape of innovation.
- You are motivated by collaboration and leadership, showing the ability to guide others and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- You are captivated by public speaking and relationship-building, demonstrating proficient interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with diverse audiences.
- You have an intuitive understanding of how evolving technologies can be applied in real-world contexts, facilitating forward-thinking solutions.
- You enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams in the technology and innovation sector, contributing to projects that require innovative thinking and managing changes effectively.
- You are willing to travel between different cities in Poland (approximately 20%) to gain hands-on experience, learn more about ABB's operations and products, and grow in a dynamic environment.
- You will be based in one of ABB's offices in Poland, where you will gain practical experience and learn directly from colleagues and experts in the field.
