Project Planning & Control Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for large size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in improving planning competence and suggesting improvements for tools and processes used in planning and control. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Preparing detailed project plan, schedule for identified projects, project planning and control activities for large EPC projects in Automation and Electrical. • Ensuring baseline updating, critical path analysis, fast tracking, crashing, revision and catch-up plans for running projects. Being responsible for project monitoring and control support for identified projects by generating MIS reports, project progress report, review sheet and S Curve. • Maintaining Master Project Schedule of all running and forecast projects to support resource planning, project look ahead analysis and gap analysis. • Planning, implementing and providing remote planning support for various customers/stakeholders. • Being responsible for project time tracking and follow-up. Sharing weekly reports on time tracking. Pending purchase order tracking and follow-up

Qualifications for the role
- Full time B. Tech / B.E in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project planning and control activities for large EPC projects in Automation and Electrical.
- Knowledge of Project Management processes. Good data management and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and power point presentation. PMP certified is an added advantage.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
