Team Lead Nord-Ost - Order Handling
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including commercial support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Machine Automation Division in Leipzig. You will be mainly accountable for: • Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products. • Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues. • Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the role
- You are familiar with commercial processes in the industrial automation or machinery sector and bring hands-on experience with digital tools such as ERP systems (preferably SAP), CRM platforms, and MS Office applications.
- You have 2+ years of professional experience in order management, customer support, or sales operations - ideally in a technical B2B environment.
- You are confident in handling end-to-end order processing, from quotation to delivery and invoicing, and navigate SAP SD and CRM systems with ease.
- You combine strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills. Your way of working is structured, solution-focused, and reliable.
- You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) and ideally bring a technical affinity.
- You are fluent in German (C1) and have good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
- You have a valid work permit for Germany.
