Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the facility.
• Develop and maintain safe work procedures.
• Manage all documents, maintain the Training Database, and respond to general inquiries.
• Manage all Quality documents.
• Prepare applicable reports as necessary.
• Provide hands-on support in the facility.
• Communicate with other departments as needed for further support.
• Perform all other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Support local facility with database compliance and record keeping. Full-time hourly position with 10% travel.
• Assist Drill Bit Repair Manager daily with administrative functions.
• Data entry.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Teams, and other computer software
• Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, faxing, photocopying, and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain location quality data, keeping the databases up to date.
• Maintain tracking systems as required.
• Generate monthly data reports; and monthly and quarterly statistics.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.
• Other duties as required

Education and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Data Entry experience is preferred
• Must have basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs
• Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory experience is a bonus.
