Honeywell is seeking a dynamic and strategic SalesLeader to spearhead growth across Africa for its Building Management Systems(BMS) business unit. This role will lead a geographically diverse sales team,drive revenue and order growth, and manage key accounts and system integratorsacross the continent. The successful candidate will be accountable for theregion's full commercial performance, including P&L ownership, demandgeneration, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional salesteam across Africa & Levant region, driving performance against revenue,orders, and collection targets.
• Own and manage the Africa P&L for the BMS business, ensuring profitablegrowth and efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share andpenetrate new markets across the region.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, and systemintegrators.
• Drive demand generation activities, marketing initiatives, and pipelinedevelopment in alignment with regional growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjustgo-to-market strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, product,and global teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, pricing frameworks, and ethicalstandards.
We value:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or arelated field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the buildingtechnologies, automation, or BMS industry.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams across regions and deliveringstrong commercial results.
• Deep understanding of the African market landscape, including working withsystem integrators and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing full P&Lresponsibilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
