Job purpose:

Responsible for the completion of the assigned processrelated tasks for a specific area, based on language skills and the thoroughprocess knowledge demonstrated on activities performed and the tools used. Willwork closely with local field personnel and contribute on a team of highlycommitted professionals who's organizational and communication skills provideeffective and efficient support to the local business. Takes ownership toensure the customer receives a high level of service at all times by communicatingand by doing the necessary follow-up with customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzenew contract bookings for compliance to policy/controls/tax. Record necessaryinformation on country specific sites where applicable.
  • Prepares documentation related to contract changes using approved tools:variations, cancellations, re-bookings and booking updates/corrections
  • Responsible for review of Time & Material work orders including anypre-invoice requirements and working with field personnel to obtain customerrequired Purchase Order to process invoice
  • Support business with access to customer portals including documentation fornew/renewal subscriptions to such sites.
  • Depending on customer, prepares the relevant documents (billing authorizationprocess, invoices, work orders, billing forms) and sends them according tocustomer/contract requirements including loading via customer portals.
  • Supports business with the requisitioning for Indirect Purchasing/Orderingincluding PPE/Safety materials for safety compliance
  • Perform analysisand troubleshooting activities based on the business requirements.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years' experience in administrative support role
  • 1+ years' experience with SAP
  • German - first language
  • English - secondary language
