About You:

You're a conversion-focused demand marketer who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline. Whether it's writing high-impact ads, landing pages, or emails, you create copy that drives action and moves prospects through the funnel. You understand demand generation and how to optimize each touchpoint. With a data-driven mindset, you use performance metrics to guide and refine your approach, constantly testing to improve conversion rates. You're fluent in tools like ChatGPT and Claude, using them to scale personalized, high-converting messaging. Your expertise extends to email automation, segmentation, and personalization, helping to deliver the right message at the right time. Agile, detail-oriented, and results-driven, you thrive in fast-paced environments where growth is the goal.

You Will:

Demand Generation & Conversion-Focused Copy

• Write high-impact, short-form copy for emails, ads, and landing pages that drive pipeline.
• Support full-funnel demand gen efforts-nurtures, events, retargeting, and outbound-with messaging designed to convert at every stage.

Email & Ad Performance

• Create compelling ads, subject lines, copy, and CTAs that boost open and conversion rates.
• A/B test aggressively to improve performance and scale what works.

Targeting & Personalization

• Build segmented, behavior-driven campaigns that speak directly to prospect pain points and buying intent. Collaborate with CRM to ensure precision targeting.

Optimization & ROI

• Track performance metrics-clicks, conversions, revenue impact-and iterate fast. Use insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.

(And yes, lots of writing.)

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
• Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo, etc...)
• Strong copywriting, subject line creation, and editing skills for email content
• Experience in A/B testing and email reporting / analytics
• Knowledge of email compliance laws and best practices

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization is a strong plus
• Experience in B2B MarTech industry, real estate industry, or a SaaS background
