Job Summary - Counter Sales (HVAC)

Join the Hirsch Team - As a Counter Sales Representative , you will be the face of our company at the sales counter-helping HVAC professionals find the right products, answering technical questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and order placement

• Provide knowledgeable support on HVAC systems, parts, and equipment

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system

• Maintain stock levels and organize product displays at the counter

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment

• Build strong relationships with regular customers and contractors

• Stay up to date on new products, pricing, and industry trends

Job Requirements

• Previous HVAC or counter sales experience strongly preferred

• Professional and friendly

• Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships

• Desire to advance within the Company

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
