POSITION: HVAC Sales Position

EARN up to - $200,000+ annually

LOCATION: Carlsbad, CA. 92010

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

SCHEDULE: Full-time (Monday - Friday + Occasional Saturday's)

Job Description:

For the HVAC sales position building positive relationships with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in the company is crucial to the success of the business. An HVAC salesperson is responsible for closing new accounts while understanding the customers wants and needs. An HVAC salesperson provides estimates to new and existing leads; can identify new sales opportunities; has a general working knowledge of the industry; and is a closer.

Job Requirements:

• Valid California driver's license
• Goal oriented and driven
• 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC or in home sales experience
• Self-starter and energetic
• Mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Must have a genuine empathy for customers and willingness to help others
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
• Know what questions to ask the customer to ensure an educated decision is made
• Work with customers to find what they want and create solutions
