As a Technical Estimation Specialist, you will play acritical role in our operations by generating accurate estimates for projectsrelated to Fire Detection, Public Address, and Voice Evacuation systems. Youwill collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales,engineering, and customers, to ensure that all project requirements are met andthat estimates reflect accurate costs and expected outcomes.. Your attention todetails and collaboration skills will be essential in providing competitivesolutions, supporting sales team, and assisting with customer inquiries. Thisis an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in technical support andcontribute to the success of our Fire Business. You will report directly to ourSenior Estimator Engineer and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on ahybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to produce accurate technical estimates for fire detection, public address, and voice evacuation systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide viable solutions
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses
  • Prepare and present estimation reports to stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and related documentation in accordance with company procedures
  • Work closely with senior estimation engineer to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Technical education, bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus (electrical, electronics, automation, building services...)
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Southeast Europe region is an advantage

WE VALUE
  • Previous experience in technical estimation, particularly within the fire detection and communication systems sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to fire detection and evacuation systems.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales operations processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
