This role is responsible for providing support to the Pricing Analysis Manager and the Finance team and collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Group across Europe, identifying price realization opportunities as well as assessing the profitability of large projects from pre-quotation to the execution phase! In addition, this position is responsible for handling the intercompany transfer price policy between European locations.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborates with management to design and implement pricing metrics, programs, and processes that enable Sales, Product, and Finance teams to achieve price realization goals and support business growth strategies.
• Provides proactive analytical support for pricing and marketing initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Partners with Strategic Sales and Project Management teams to perform profitability analysis on large-scale projects from pre-quotation through execution.
• Leads or supports intercompany transfer pricing processes, including new factor setup, annual updates, system data investigations, coordination with global support teams, and execution of pricing adjustments and transfer bridge calculations.
• Participates in the improvement and implementation of pricing systems such as Vendavo and Oracle.
• Develops and optimizes pricing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools to increase pricing clarity and strategic alignment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University Degree or equivalent experience in finance or economics
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience, preferably in a large multinational environment
• Very strong technical and business intelligence skills, skilled with databases and ability to build analytical dashboards; PowerBI development proven knowledge
• Proficient English language skills (speaking, reading & writing)
