Job Purpose

  • The providing all necessary information/ documentation/ services to concerned department (HR) regarding all employees from Construction Department on timely manner.
  • Assistant is appointed and dismissed by order of the Fin coordination with the logistics superintendent. In work, the Assistant is directly subordinated to the logistics superintendent.
  • In activities, the Assistant is guided by the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the current legislation of Director of Turkmenistan Operations regulating the issues of labor & salary, orders of management, as well as current job description.


Job Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive administrative assistance to the Construction Department on HR matters
  • Timely provision and delivery of necessary information to the HR department by the Construction Department.
  • Distribution and planning of work. Timely notification of managers regarding urgent documentation or meetings / gatherings.
  • Ordering office furniture and stationery, working with mail, sending received letters to the divisions of the Construction Department, compiling reports.
  • Preparation of time sheets for employees on a monthly basis of the Construction Department with the approval of the heads of divisions.
  • Preparation of work schedules for employees of the Construction Department, as well as taking into account their transfer from one division to another / from onshore to offshore facilities from offshore to onshore facilities.
  • Preparation of memos of various nature for the entire department as directed by the manager (recall from off days, overtime work, additional duties, change of work schedule, etc.)
  • Maintenance, preparation and control of annual leave schedules for all employees of the Construction Department.
  • Preparation of TRF (Travel Request Forms) for relocation/accommodation reservations for the Construction Department personnel.


Education

Qualification Requirements:
  • Primary vocational education. (Higher education is a privilege).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position.
  • Knowledge of office administration.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Computer skills at high professional level.
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills in Russian, Turkmen and English.
  • Should have good time management skills.
  • Ability to utilize multiple word-processing and database applications including MS Office applications Word, Excel, power point as well as Adobe Acrobat, etc.
