This position reports to
HR Business Partner
Your role and responsibilities
• Understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy. • Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services. • Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities while adding value to the business. • Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization. • Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility. • Supports the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 5 years of work experience as HRBP
- Good experience in MNC
- Strong communication skill
- Fluent in English
