This Position reports to:
HR Business Partner

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will play a role in shaping and delivering people strategies by supporting and enhancing HR processes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leaders and team members across the Process Automation Business Area in Australia, fostering a workplace culture that values inclusion, equity, and belonging. You'll provide thoughtful HR guidance, build meaningful partnerships, and represent HR as a trusted advisor

- Work model: hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role can be done in Moorebank, NSW; Fortitude Valley, QLD; Notting Hill, VIC and Osborne Park, WA
  • Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
  • Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
  • Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.


Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Qualifications for the Role
  • You are highly skilled in working with HR processes and methodologies
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, demonstrating your advanced skills in regulations and compliance, performance management, employee relations, reward systems, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Highly adept in using HR & Talent Management Technology, with a proven track record of data analysis and interpretation.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement and change management and are innovative around employee experience and engagement.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, legal compliance, and strategy planning.
  • Experience in employee relations is essential, including leading investigations and handling complex tasks.
