The Team - your impact

We're looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) - Communications to join our dynamic Data & AI team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on various communications-related activities to increase our brand awareness across internal & external audiences while gaining hands-on experience in the content creation for online media platforms. We're seeking a candidate who is not only passionate about communications but is also eager to learn more about digitalisation in the energy sector.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Contribute to the planning and execution of communication campaigns and activities
• Draft engaging communication articles (Intranet blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletter digests) around digitalisation, AI and sustainability topics
• Create content for knowledge-sharing community calls
• Work closely with our team experts to collect information on project launches, events, tech updates, etc.
• Conduct research on global market and industry trends in the areas of digital, AI and sustainability.
• Collect and analyse data insights on content performance and create reports to evaluate and optimise our activities.
• Coordinate and set up internal events and meetings.

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German ( C1 level ) and English, showcasing an understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
• Great storytelling skills and ability to design impactful presentations.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in marketing and content creation is a plus.
