Physical Requirements
Years of Experience
- Develop design documents for projects and provide engineering support to Engineering and other departments as needed.
- Review documentation issued by outside parties (for example, HSE Impact Assessment Studies, Pipeline Route Surveys and Geotechnical Survey Reports), and provide comments and recommendations to Engineering Superintendent as appropriate.
- Visit platforms and sites to prepare engineering packages and prepare as-built documentation of in-house modifications.
- Conduct in-house structural assessments using SACS structural analysis software and other commercial applications.
- Prepare TBE for procurement of structural and civil materials.
- Review technical concession or deviation requests from contractors or vendors and recommend the appropriate response.
- Maintain complete and proper document control during all project phases, up to and including handover and post-contract follow-up.
Job Responsibilities
- Conscientiously fulfill his/her job duties assigned to him/her by an employment contract and job description;
- Carry out written and oral orders (instructions) of the Employer that do not contradict the Legislation of Turkmenistan, the internal labor regulations of the company, the employment contract, the collective agreement (agreement);
- Carry out efficiently and in a timely manner the instructions, tasks and orders of the Employer's executive officers given by them in accordance with their competence by subordination or through their immediate supervisor ;
- Comply with work discipline and internal labor regulations of the Company, including provisions of the Corporate Code of Conduct;
- Comply with HSE rules, instructions, regulations and orders on occupational safety and environmental safety;
- Treat with care property of the Employer (including property of third parties under the Employer's custody, in respect of which the Employer is responsible for its safety) and other employees;
- Immediately inform the Employer or immediate supervisor about occurrence of a situation that poses a threat to life or health of people, safety of the Employer's property (including property of third parties under the Employer's custody, if the Employer is responsible for safety of this property).
Education
Qualification Requirements
- Higher professional education in civil engineering, structural engineering or naval architecture.
- 5 years' experience in a project execution in Oil & Gas or related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering and operations, safety.
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Office applications, Project and AutoCAD etc.)
- Working knowledge in Turkmen and International construction standards and regulations
- Experience in brownfield modifications
