In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead financial process including month/quarter/year-end closing with Business Finance and Shared Service Center
• Lead internal and external statutory audit, regular tax and customs audits
• Liaise and coordinate with the internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with matters relating to the statutory audit
• Managing all relevant stakeholders externally and internally such as tax authorities, government authorities, tax advisors, banks and internal business partners in supporting of business risks being in control
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations
• Manage regular tax reporting including BEPS, OneSource Tax Provision (OTP), Return To Provision (RTP), Royalty and Regular tax filings
• Responsible for compliance with global policies and process standardizations
• Generate cash follow and manage treasury subjects
• Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analysis as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises
• Acting window for finance tools, policies and procedures within the company
• People manager for inhouse staffs and shared service center and provide coaching and guidance to the team

For This Role, You Will Need:

• BA/MA in Finance, Accounting or other related majors and CPA is a plus
• Over 10 years of Finance in MNC with at least more than 5 years in Controlling, Tax & Treasury functions
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical skills & Experience in leading statutory audit and year-end tax filing
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
• Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
