About the Job

• Manages the Procurement team assigned to the Project sus as Deputy PPM, Buyers, VPM Coordinators and Inspectors, Transport and Logistic Coordinators, PO Administrators, ...
• Defines the strategies needed to achieve the Project Procurement objectives,
• Prepares the Project procedures in line with the Project specificities and the Group Procurement policies and principles,
• Coordinates the approval process for all Procurement deliverables,
• Coordinates and synchronizes all Procurement activities (Purchasing, VPM, Transport, PO Admin.) with respect of the Project time schedule and budget (Mhrs & Cost),
• Analyses the Project Master Vendor List and preparation of the Bidders List with the relevant Purchasing Section Heads,
• Coordinates the purchasing campaign with strict respect of the Group Compliance policies,
• Coordinates all activities after Purchase Order award for the correct and timely fabrication and delivery of the supply,
• Coordinates all activities of Transportation and Logistic to timely and safely deliver the supply at the planned destinations,
• Monitors the Procurement-to-Pay process,
• Coordinates of all activities concerning the Purchase Orders close-out, including backcharges, liquidated damages,
• Manages the resources mobilization and demobilization plans,
• Ensures the optimization of the productivity of Procurement services,
• Ensures that all the internal interactions are efficient and optimized,
• Coordinates the timely availability and set-up of the different IT-Tools,
• Reports to the Project management and to the Operating Centers Procurement Director,
• Contributes to the KPI definition, feedbacks and cost benchmarking

About You :

• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement activities on EPC Contracts
• Deep knowledges of Procurement procedures and management
• Negotiation skills and familiarity with Legal terms and principles
• Experience in EPC Projects
• Experience in resource management
• Strong communication skills
