THE OPPORTUNITY - Project Manager
Project Manager (Sr Adv Proj Mgmt Specialist) is responsible for managingthe projects assigned with Waterfall or Agile project execution method. Dutiesinclude liaising with various global stakeholders, build and drive the projectsto successful completion. This includes extensive coordination with variousHoneywell cross-functional team like Regional project manager, Engineeringmanager, Operations Manager, Engineering team, Honeywell Factory and variousvendors for material supply or engineering labor. The activities would includeproject tracking and control using M.S project/ Primavera and tracking the sameon a weekly basis and documenting delays/ change to baseline with clearreasons/ causes for delay. To ensure the delivery of projects by ensuring thatbest practices in project management are consistently implemented. Costmonitoring on a regular basis and tracking any deviations against the estimatedcost. Identifying and tracking emerging risks during execution and preparing amitigation plan. Coordinating and arranging manpower from suppliers based onskills required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the measurement & control project metrics. For example;Quality, delivery, cost & schedule and submitting the projectplans/progress on time, change requests and documentation of change to baselineetc.
• Regular interaction & progressreporting with drive weekly project review internal/external meetings

. Experience in Agile methodologies
.Involved in digitalization projects
• WorkAuthorization initiation and change order management
• Project planning & controls,project resource management
• Risk identification and mitigationfor all projects of designated area
• Achieve organization Metrics goalsfor Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback whichare in line with customer & employee satisfaction and Business growth
• Drive Revenue forecast & marginimprovement
• Follow Leadership Standard Work
• Review delivery process for theprojects
• Conduct feedback analysis and derivecorrective actions from feedback
• Drive & facilitate projectlogistics & Travel
• Participate in root cause analysis
• Involve in Pre-sales stage proposal& estimate reviews
• Project handover to Support, drivelessons learnt and Project Closure
PMP certification is preferred
