GES HCCI INDIA Leader Role:

The GES HCCI INDIA leader will provide leadership to a multi-discipline projectengineering & project management team. He/ She will work with various HCCIregional Operations and Engineering leadership, Product development teams,other GES leaders to ensure engineering, project delivery, technical consultingare in-line with the HCCI vision, strategies and operations requirements. Therole will have the following key job responsibilities and eligibilityrequirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business growth:
oFormulate and execute strategies for profitable growth of HCCI & GES
oDeliver on Annual Operating Plan for Volume, Margin Pass-back, Productivity,Change order / Upsell etc.
oBe accountable for Census & Resource Cost management (OEF)
oCollaborate well with diverse stakeholders like GES resources / global business& engineering leaders / Function leaders to deliver results
• Project delivery & customer success:
oBe a champion of innovation and digitization to deliver projects efficientlyand achieve productivity targets
oEnsure project delivery within cost budgets and Schedule timelines
oOwn flex management process - Deliver required volume and quality throughoutsourcing, ensure compliance to contingent worker governance processetc.
oDeploy quality management processes to meet internal/external customer requirementsand eliminate cost of poor quality
• People & competency management:
oBuild a strong diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developingsuccessors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusiveculture - deliver on PLI target
oBuild skills / competencies for various product / solutions of HCCI - Operatorcompetence, process optimization, Asset management, Productivity/safetysolutions, Energy management etc.
oFoster a work environment of trust and transparency, own career growth anddevelopment of people
• Knowledge management:
oEstablish process to manage knowledge and skill across a diverse team, ensureoverall upskilling of resources to keep them current with technology trends andproduct innovations

Key Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Computer Sciencepreferred), Master's degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering/operations, out ofwhich 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience of delivering advance application / solution projects, consultingservices etc. in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical, Chemical, MMM,Paper & Pulp industries
• Demonstrated ability of managing large pool of engineering resources withdiverse skills and experience profiles
• Strong business acumen to drive growth and profitability
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams such assales, technology, marketing, sourcing as well as external customers
YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
