About the team
The Demand Generation Team at reMarkable is at the forefront of growth and attracting customers through innovative marketing strategies. Managing a significant budget, this dynamic team drives impactful campaigns across media channels, with focus on B2C. They play a critical role in launching new products, driving visibility, traffic, and global sales growth.
Currently, the team is evolving to adopt broader media, aiming to boost ROI, qualified traffic, and brand KPIs. The focus is on collaboration, leveraging global experience, and building new capabilities to drive market expansion.
In this role, you'll lead a talented team of 12, including media managers and digital specialists, and report directly to the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer.
About The Role
As VP Demand Generation, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will oversee global media strategies, including performance marketing, influencer campaigns, content creation, AI utilisation and customer marketing, all aimed at expanding our reach and visibility.
This role is both strategic and operational-translating business goals into effective, scalable campaigns. You'll work with a dynamic, cross-functional team to build capabilities, define and execute marketing strategies, and ensure maximum impact in reMarkable's prioritized global markets, including Europe, US, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East.

About The Role

Your responsibilities include:
- Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute global demand generation strategies including paid media (social, search, display, video), influencer marketing, and CRM. Optimize campaigns for ROI and customer acquisition.
- Media Strategy & Performance Marketing: Lead global paid media strategy, integrating a full-funnel approach. Ensure that all efforts align with KPIs.
- Brand Awareness & Content Strategy: Establish reMarkable as a category leader through high-impact media partnerships and influencer collaborations. Develop creative, engaging content strategies, and lead brand-focused campaigns.
- Go-to-Market: Drive product launch campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners, to deliver maximum market impact.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Manage and develop a high-performing global team. Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Emerging Technologies & Innovation: Explore and implement emerging marketing technologies, including AI tools and personalization, to stay ahead of competition and enhance marketing campaigns.
- CRM Programs: Drive CRM programs and campaigns through email, trade-in, referral, and other channels to increase retention and sales.
We are looking for the following experience:
- 7+ years of experience in senior marketing or media roles, with a proven ability to manage global campaigns, oversee budgets, and consistently deliver measurable ROI.
- Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams, developing capabilities, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including analytics and sales.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing across digital platforms, social media (both paid and owned), search, CRM, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Proven track record in content creation, collaborating closely with creative teams to develop high-quality, engaging content that drives results.
- Strong agency management skills, with experience in MarTech tools and AI utilisation, and leading testing and implementation processes to optimize marketing performance.
- Strategic planning process, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with long-term business goals and objectives.
- Solid financial acumen, data literacy and experience managing budgets.
