Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the use of resources (such as equipment, use of operating resources, maintenance, repairs)
• Execution of mining plans and participation in the expansion or recultivation of mines
• Compliance with and monitoring of our safety and quality standards
• Leading a team of 3-4 colleagues with own collaboration
• Handling of mining and construction machinery

Your Profile

• Completed technical training - career or lateral entrants from the construction industry are also welcome; completed master craftsman or technician training (m/f/d) an advantage
• Self-motivated and independent work as well as "hands on" mentality
• Experience in the use of machines and equipment used in the extraction of raw materials and materials (wheel loader, conveyor belt, screening plants, etc.) in pits
• Very good knowledge of German (C1), knowledge of English an advantage
• Valid class B driving license
