About the Role: As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to a large client HVAC and Roofing program to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on projects with in a structured large program within a refinery or industrial space. Software experience should include ProCore, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet as well as other qualifications listed below.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:
Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Advise the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Supervise the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Mentor others and share in-depth understanding of own job field and broad understanding of several job fields within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
What You'll Need:
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $155,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of solid experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- Experience managing projects within large industrial or O&G programs.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge of ProCore, SmartSheet and ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience communicating and presenting to internal and client leaders.
- Organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
