This position reports to
Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities
Making confirmations of finished work through our SAP software system Moving finished product Unloading pallets of sheet metal from delivery truck Operate forklift truck to put away inventory Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies Maintain the fabrication area and provide housekeeping/safety practices Place Safety as a core value and perform all work to Safety specifications. Must wear specified company-provided personal protective equipment. Such as safety shoes, safety glasses with side shields, and hearing protection always in designated areas. Must be willing to work schedule as dictated for the department Willing to work Overtime as required with or without prior notice Must be dependable, reporting to work on time, ready to work Be familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry Have a strong work ethic, demonstrating both initiative and a professional attitude Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Must be able to perform the essential elements of the positions with or without reasonable accommodation Must be physically able and willing to push carts of material to proper workstation. Work duties may include walking up to 3 miles per day

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics or Warehouse environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated with a high level of engagement
- Adept problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work teams
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Practical experience with SAP and other applicable software
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
