In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.775,27 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.

Further:
- Contribute to the development, design, and commissioning of electronic circuit components, including the creation of technical specifications and support during implementation
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team to ensure continuous learning and growth across the department
- Derive test specifications based on current international product standards - a critical step in certifying our drive systems for global markets
- Organize and support hardware tests and type approvals, putting your structured and solution-oriented mindset into practice
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- A solid technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, paired with several years of experience in electronics development
- Direct experience in the design, development, and commissioning of electronic components and circuits, including validation
- Familiarity with functional safety (a plus)
- Basic understanding of relevant standards and quality guidelines
- A structured and precise working style
- Effective team spirit, a cross-functional mindset, and a good dose of creativity
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
