Your role and responsibilities
If you're not looking to simply contribute-if you're ready to get involved and help advance technologies forward-then this is the opportunity for you! In this exciting role, you will have the freedom to manage the planning and execution of complex development projects, from the very first prototype to full-scale production. Further: • Contribute to the development, design, and commissioning of electronic circuit components, including the creation of technical specifications and support during implementation • Promote knowledge sharing within the team to ensure continuous learning and growth across the department • Derive test specifications based on current international product standards - a critical step in certifying our drive systems for global markets • Organize and support hardware tests and type approvals, putting your structured and solution-oriented mindset into practice

Qualifications for the role
- A solid technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, paired with several years of experience in electronics development
- Direct experience in the design, development, and commissioning of electronic components and circuits, including validation
- Familiarity with functional safety (a plus)
- Basic understanding of relevant standards and quality guidelines
- A structured and precise working style
- Effective team spirit, a cross-functional mindset, and a good dose of creativity
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
