As a Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects within the Building Automation business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will also assist the Sr Program Manager in coaching and mentoring other Project Managers in the region. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our Building Automation business unit in Quebec City.
You will report directly to our Sr Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Quebec City location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensures delivery of installation projects within budgets, on-schedule and to the customers' satisfaction by ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligation using the most technically appropriate and cost-effective installation and engineering techniques.
• Develops comprehensive installation plan including sequencing of tasks, staff planning, and working effectively with customers, sales, engineering, and subcontractors.
• Ensures the availability of cost effective and technically competent subcontractors by negotiating agreements, establishing schedules, and monitoring subcontractor performance.
• Plans, forecasts and monitors labor, equipment, installation and subcontractor costs.
• Maintain and Report Performance Metrics
• Comply with Honeywell and Clients HSE Policy and Procedures
• Execute the Management OS
• Coordinate with Functions
• Facilitate forecast analysis
• Mentor members of team

En tant que Responsable de Programme, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la direction et la gestion de projets au sein de l'unité commerciale d'Automatisation des Bâtiments. Vous serez responsable de la gestion réussie de l'exécution des projets, en veillant à respecter les délais, les budgets et les normes de qualité. Vous établirez des liens avec plusieurs factions pour aider à prévenir et à résoudre les problèmes des clients et explorer des opportunités supplémentaires de génération de revenus. Vous assisterez également le Responsable de Programme Senior dans le coaching et le mentorat d'autres Chefs de Projet dans la région. Votre expertise contribuera à la croissance et au succès de notre unité commerciale d'Automatisation des Bâtiments à Québec.
Vous reporterez directement à notre Responsable de Programme Senior, et vous travaillerez depuis notre bureau de Québec selon un horaire de travail hybride.
Responsabilités Clés
• Assurer la livraison de projets d'installation dans les budgets, dans les délais et à la satisfaction des clients en veillant à l'exécution des obligations contractuelles en utilisant les techniques d'installation et d'ingénierie les plus appropriées et les plus rentables.
• Développer un plan d'installation complet, y compris la séquence des tâches, la planification du personnel et travailler efficacement avec les clients, les ventes, l'ingénierie et les sous-traitants.
• Garantir la disponibilité de sous-traitants compétents sur le plan technique et rentables en négociant des accords, en établissant des calendriers et en surveillant la performance des sous-traitants.
• Planifier, prévoir et surveiller les coûts de main-d'œuvre, d'équipement, d'installation et de sous-traitance.
• Maintenir et rapporter les indicateurs de performance.
• Se conformer aux politiques et procédures HSE de Honeywell et de ses clients.
• Exécuter la Gestion OS.
• Coordonner avec les Fonctions.
• Faciliter l'analyse des prévisions.
• Mentoriser les membres de l'équipe.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Control Systems
- 5+ years' experience in Project Management or related experience in large scale projects and implementation with Building Technologies Solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience with project planning and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
